From its wonderful taste courtesy of our family recipes, to its all-natural ingredients, to its clean calorie-efficient macros, we believe we offer our customers a product simply not found anywhere else. Alright, now that we’ve made our pitch, onto the real FAQ below.

Our manufacturing process uses the same methods we used in our home when combining our family recipes to invent our bars. Some ingredients are heat-mixed, others like seeds and nuts are roasted, while some such as natural spices and oils are used in their ready form. The manufacturing follows a staged FSSC-certified approach to keep our bars super-safe while staying super-nutritious and delicious.

All of our products include a list of allergens written in bold on the back of the label. Please ensure you read this list carefully before consuming any of our products. Some of our products are gluten-free and are labelled as such.

Absolutely! All of our bars are 100% vegan with no animal-derived ingredients, so enjoy to your heart’s content.

It depends on which packaging. Boxes for the variety and value packs are recyclable through your local council’s recycling bins, but our individual bar and mini pack packaging would go into a dedicated recycling program for soft plastics. We dispatch orders within 1 business day and select the best courier to deliver to your address. Delivery times will depend on the courier, but they are generally 2-6 business days for standard post and 1-3 business days for express post.

We use a shipping calculator which calculates your shipping rates based on your location. Fortunately, most of our items are light, so we are able to offer free shipping on any order $65 or more.
